Due to the seasonal nature of job positions, changes in job terms, hours, and availability may occur before or after arrival. Please note that the hours and availability of your job position depend directly on the weather and seasonal levels of business. AWA is not responsible for decreased hours or canceled positions due to unpredictable, uncontrollable circumstances. In the event that a job is lost or hours permanently drop below the minimum level, AWA will help in finding a replacement position. If the student accepts a replacement position in a different geographic location, the student is responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation between the new position and the original position.

In your first weeks of work, you are likely to face a number of new challenges. Give yourself time to adjust to the demands of your job, your coworkers, and the management style of your employer. If, in time, you are still having difficulties with your position, schedule a time to speak with your manager, supervisor, or human resources department.
