Basic Requirements
Student Screening and Orientation
An American Work Adventures partner needs to be able to support and guide students during the screening and selection process, only the most qualified students succeed. It also means being there to support the student throughout the program, making sure they are satisfied with the program once accepted. This begins with being able to honestly evaluate a student’s ability to adapt to the program. Partners are required to provide complete pre-departure orientations to prepare participants with the tools they will need to succeed.
How to Apply
Making sure your staff is well trained is essential to a successful partnership. Our staff is happy to provide you with the tools you need for a thorough training.
